Using mixed materials to achieve a goal.

This project proved to be a slight challenge as it required a complicated set of sliding and rotating parts that would make up the different signs. To combat this complexity we did the opposite and used simple string and pully setups to achieve the movement. Fishing line was used as it could be easily hidden on camera. To make parts slide, there was a number of hinges, slides and rotating components that allowed each sign move as intended. This was a fun process that was a bit of trial and error to make certain parts work, but a satisfying one to see it come together.
